These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement" or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and the operator of jj1888 (hereinafter "jj1888", "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") governing your access to and use of the website located at jj1888.cam and all associated services, features and content offered thereon.

By accessing the jj1888 platform, registering an account, making a deposit or placing a wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the jj1888 platform. These Terms supersede any prior agreements, representations or understandings, whether oral or written, between you and jj1888 in relation to the subject matter herein.

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

To register and maintain an Account on jj1888, you must satisfy each of the following eligibility conditions at all times:

1. You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership or other legal entity.
2. You are at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as is required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater. jj1888 strictly prohibits use of the Platform by minors.
3. You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.
4. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited or restricted without a local licence.
5. You are not a current or former employee, officer, director, contractor or agent of jj1888, nor a member of their immediate family or household.
6. You have not previously had an Account suspended or permanently closed for a material breach of these Terms.
7. You are not listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by jj1888 or any responsible-gambling registry relevant to your jurisdiction.

jj1888 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a national identity card (CNIC), passport, proof of age or proof of address. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension or closure.

When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information as requested in the registration form. You agree to promptly update your Account information if it changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username, password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jj1888 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials.

You agree to notify jj1888 immediately via live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. jj1888 may suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported or suspected security breach.

• Account registration must be completed in your own name. Registering on behalf of another person is prohibited.
• The name, date of birth and contact details provided at registration must match your official identity documents.
• jj1888 may conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time and may request additional verification documents.
• Accounts found to share identical personal details, payment methods or device fingerprints may be deemed duplicate accounts and suspended accordingly.

All deposits to your jj1888 Account must be made using payment methods listed in the cashier at the time of deposit. Available routes may include bank transfers (for example via HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah), mobile wallets commonly used in Pakistan and other methods as published. The payment provider names referenced in this context are for illustrative familiarity only; jj1888 does not represent or warrant that any specific provider endorses gambling or supports this Platform.

Deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits — where funds are sent from an account registered to someone other than the Account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and refund of the deposit.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and may be updated from time to time. Refer to the cashier for current limits stated in PKR.
• jj1888 does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges, for which jj1888 accepts no liability.
• Deposits are credited to your Account Balance following successful confirmation from the payment processor. Processing times vary by method.
• jj1888 reserves the right to reject a deposit at its sole discretion, including where there are concerns about fraud, money laundering or source of funds.
• All funds deposited must be from a lawful source. jj1888 may request source-of-funds documentation as part of its compliance obligations.

Withdrawal requests may be submitted via the cashier section of your Account. Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, in line with anti-money-laundering procedures.

• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts registered in your own verified name. Requests to third-party accounts will not be processed.
• Before processing a withdrawal, jj1888 may require completion of KYC verification, including submission of a valid CNIC copy, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of payment method.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are stated in the cashier in PKR. These limits may vary by payment method.
• Processing times depend on the withdrawal method selected and the operator's internal review procedures. No guaranteed processing timeframe is stated herein; refer to the cashier for indicative timelines.
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where there are unfulfilled wagering requirements, outstanding verification documents, suspected fraud or Account disputes under active investigation.
• jj1888 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request, including requesting additional documentation regarding source of funds.

jj1888 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback awards, reload bonuses, referral rewards and other promotional incentives. Each promotion is subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including but not limited to eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, game restrictions, maximum bet limits and expiry periods.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms:

1. Bonus offers are available to eligible registered Users only. jj1888 reserves the right to exclude any User from a promotion at its sole discretion.
2. Wagering requirements must be met within the time period specified for the promotion. Unmet wagering requirements at expiry result in forfeiture of remaining bonus funds and associated winnings.
3. Where a maximum bet limit applies during wagering, any bet placed in excess of that limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, regardless of outcome.
4. Bonuses may not be transferred, exchanged for cash or combined with other offers unless explicitly stated.
5. jj1888 may amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Decisions regarding promotion eligibility and application are final.
6. Exploiting bonuses through irregular play patterns, using automated tools or coordinating play with other Users to extract bonus value in an unintended manner constitutes abuse and may result in voiding of all associated bonuses and Account suspension.

All bets and wagers placed on the jj1888 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant product — sports betting, live casino, slots, table games, esports or instant-win titles — as published within the Platform at the time of play.

• Sports & Cricket Betting: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. Odds are subject to change prior to acceptance. Live in-play bets are accepted subject to availability and may be suspended at any time during a match event, including PSL, ICC and other cricket or football fixtures.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet and per event, as displayed within the betting interface in PKR. These limits may vary by market, event and User Account level.
• Void Bets: jj1888 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, as a result of a technical fault, at manifestly incorrect odds or in circumstances where the outcome of an event was known at the time of placement.
• System Errors: In the event of a technical error, system failure or communication fault affecting the receipt, recording or settlement of a bet, jj1888 shall not be liable for any loss arising therefrom. Affected bets may be voided and stakes returned at jj1888's discretion.
• Casino & Live Dealer: Casino games and live dealer titles are governed by individual game rules accessible within each game interface. RTP figures displayed on the Platform are illustrative examples only unless accompanied by a verified certificate.
• Result Finality: Subject to any error or dispute procedure, the settlement outcome recorded by jj1888's system shall be final and binding.

jj1888 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and providing Users with the tools to manage their play. Gambling must be treated as a form of entertainment and not as a means of generating income, resolving financial difficulties or escaping personal problems.

The following responsible gambling tools are available to all registered Users directly from their Account settings, without the need to contact support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum net loss per day, week or month. Once reached, no further real-money bets will be accepted until the limit period expires.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jj1888 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent information at any stage of the Account registration, verification or payment process.
• Using the Platform while under the applicable minimum age.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, including through the use of VPNs, proxies or other circumvention tools.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, including placing bets or navigating the cashier.
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraudulent chargebacks or use of stolen payment instruments.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise derive the source code or underlying logic of any Platform software.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff or other Users through any communication channel.

All intellectual property rights in and to the jj1888 platform, including but not limited to the website design, software, text, graphics, logos, icons, data compilations, game interfaces and brand identity, are the exclusive property of jj1888 or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title or licence to any such intellectual property, other than a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from or otherwise exploit any Platform content without prior written authorisation from jj1888.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jj1888 and its officers, directors, employees, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill or loss of anticipated savings.

jj1888 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical faults or circumstances beyond jj1888's reasonable control may affect Platform availability. jj1888 shall not be liable for any loss incurred during periods of unavailability.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by jj1888's negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jj1888 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

Personal data collected includes but is not limited to registration information (name, date of birth, contact details), KYC documentation, transaction records, play history and device/session data. This data is used to operate your Account, process payments, comply with legal obligations and improve the Platform.

jj1888 does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC verification partners and where required by law or regulatory authority. Full details of data handling, retention periods and your rights as a data subject are set out in the Privacy Policy.

jj1888 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms.
• jj1888 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
• jj1888 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent, abusive or unlawful activity.
• The User has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• The User has applied for self-exclusion or a cooling-off period.
• jj1888 ceases to offer services in the User's jurisdiction.

On permanent Account closure, any verified withdrawable balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the User using the most recent verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. jj1888 is not obligated to return Bonus Funds forfeited as a result of a Terms breach.

jj1888 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or a prominent Platform notice not less than seven (7) days prior to the effective date, where reasonably practicable. Non-material changes may take effect immediately.

Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 14.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which jj1888's operator holds its applicable licence, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

In the event of any dispute between you and jj1888 relating to these Terms or your Account, you should in the first instance contact our support team via live chat or at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. jj1888 will endeavour to resolve disputes informally within a reasonable timeframe.

Nothing in this section affects any statutory rights you may have under applicable local law that cannot be excluded or limited by contractual agreement.
